Uses and Features
This machine is designed for heavy-medium coal preparation plant full recovery of magnetic media countercurrent drum magnetic separator equipment. The magnetic field distribution of the equipment is good for largest recycling effects of fine powder, designed for 15 seconds sorting equipment to generate a reasonable flow of slurry corresponding structure, so that it greatly increased the recovery rate of magnetic minerals (99.8%). The equipment is good for material flow, concentration and other parameters change adaptability, it is widely used in heavy medium coal preparation plant
Working theory:
The equipment uses permanent magnet system produced magnetic to make magnetic minerals in the pulp attract to the cylinder surface, and rotates together with the cylinder until the gravity from the magnetic field (scraper) under the action to discharge outside, but the magnetic materials are discharged from the tailings mouth to complete separation effect.
